Simply browse our collection, select your size, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will call you to confirm the details before dispatching. Your order is officially confirmed only after this call.
We accept all major payment methods — UPI, BHIM, Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available pan India at no extra charge.
Yes — COD is available on all orders across India at no additional charge. However, prepaid orders get priority processing and typically arrive sooner, plus you save an extra 5% on your order value.
Orders can only be cancelled before the confirmation call from our team. Once you confirm your order on the call, it enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming.
We personally confirm every order before dispatch to ensure your size, address, and details are accurate. This helps us reduce errors and ensures your order reaches you exactly as expected — it is our way of going the extra mile for every customer.
Absolutely. All transactions on jiskavi.com are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details at any point. Our platform is powered by Shopify, which is certified PCI-DSS compliant.
All orders are delivered within 4–5 business days. Prepaid orders are given priority in processing and typically arrive earlier than COD orders. Timelines may vary slightly for remote locations or during public holidays.
Shipping is completely free on all orders across India — no minimum order value required, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
We share real-time order updates directly on WhatsApp — from order confirmation to dispatch and out-for-delivery notifications. No app or login required. If you need an update at any point, just WhatsApp or email us.
Yes, we ship pan India — to all cities, towns, and pin codes. International shipping is not available at this time.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly. For orders lost in transit, we take full responsibility.
We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery for genuine reasons — such as a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or size mismatch. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Visit our Refund & Exchange Policy page for full details.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at support.jiskavi@gmail.com or WhatsApp support chat. Share your order number, the issue, and clear photographs of the product. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps personally.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item. Our support team will coordinate your bank details with you directly. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. COD orders are also eligible for bank transfer refunds for genuine cases.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Jiskavi shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. All our shirts follow a Slim Fit silhouette. For detailed measurements, visit our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Check our detailed Size Guide which includes chest, shoulder, length, and sleeve measurements for every size in inches. You can also compare these with a shirt you already own. Still unsure? WhatsApp us your measurements and we will personally recommend the right size.
We offer four fabric options — Cotton Blend, Linen Weave, Poly Twill, and Flex Blend. Each shirt's fabric is clearly mentioned on its product page.
We photograph our products under controlled lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to individual screen settings and display calibration. These slight differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low or air dry flat to retain the shirt's shape and colour. Iron on medium heat if needed. For Linen shirts, air drying is preferred as linen gets softer with each gentle wash.
